Sprouting-jar and sproutseeds
PEPUPLIFE – 1 sprouting jar 18.56 fl oz
with stainless steel sieve lid and frame. Dishwasher safe.
1. Pour 1 packet (50 g) PepUpLife shoot seeds into the shoots jar. Screw on the sieve lid and rinse the grains thoroughly. Then
half fill with lukewarm water. Leave at room temperature for around 6-8 hours (or overnight). 2. Empty water and place
glass with the strainer facing downwards on the rack. 3. Rinse twice a day, then place glass back on the rack. 4. After 3
to 5 days, the shoots will be ready. If not consumed immediately, then keep in the refrigerator for a maximum of two days
